45-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If after 14 days you're still not happy, no worries! You have 46 days from the purchase date to return your merchandise for a full refund (minus any applicable shipping fees).

Return Information: To expedite your return, please include your Order Number or the Name and E-Mail Address used when placing the order.

Damaged Items:

Report Within 72 Hours: If your merchandise arrives damaged, please let us know within 72 hours of delivery. Send an email to holla@dozeeasy.com with a clear photo of the damage.

Our Promise: We'll review your request and determine if you're eligible for a free replacement. Please note: wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by normal use is not covered by our policy.
